options in Höglekardalen, Bydalen, Fjällhalsen, Gräftåvallen and Ol-jons By in Hallen.
In addition to our chalets, and apartments there are also prvately-owned cabin and chalets.

Conferences

Several of our resorts welcome conference groups, often in cooperation With Birkls Alpina,
Sugegesting and organising interesting side-activities and experiences- in the winter just like in the

General information

Arrival:	Access to accommodation from around kl.15.00
	(possibly later on major arrival dates) In case of late arrival (after 18.00) please inform your particular reception.
Departure:	Access untill 12.00 on the day of departure If you have booked cleaning untill 11.00

Cleaning:	The chalet/apartment shall be properly cleaned before departure in accordance with the instructions. In Bydalen chalets, final cleaning is included

Linen:	You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent here- cost 125 SEK
Pets:	200:-SEK
Cancellation insurance:	250:-SEK
Cleaning:	500-750:-SEK per unit
Smoking	All the accommodation in Bydalsfjällen is no smoking.

Booking information

Booking: Bookings can be made to Bydalsfjällen by telphone+46(0)643-20000 or directly to each
respective resort. A fter a few days you will receive a booking confirmation. An initial payment of
1000:-SEK is payable within 14 days, and the final payment is due 30 days prior to the
arrival date. Bookings made less than 40 days prior to the arrival date shall be paid
in full without delay.

Cacellation insurance: The cancellation insurance requires a medical certificate

In case of cancellation: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date are
accepted against an administration fee of 500:-SEK which is deducted from the initial payment.
In case of cancellations less than 30 days prior to the arrival date the full amount is payable. In
case we succeed in letting the chalet/apartment your will be reimbursed with the amount that
the new guests have paid, with a deduction for an administrative fee of 500:-SEK
